2023年,對(duì)LG甬興乃至于整個(gè)行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)是艱難的一年,我們面臨了經(jīng)營(yíng)上的困難和挑戰(zhàn),但是在全體員工的共同努力下,我們度過(guò)了難關(guān),公司依然穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。在此,我要向每一位員工表示由衷的感謝和敬意。

2023 has been a difficult year for LG Yongxing and even the entire industry. 我們做了什么Whatdid wedo?
我司自2020年初開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備綠色工廠的認(rèn)證工作,公司成立了“綠色工廠創(chuàng)建工作小組”,總經(jīng)理親自擔(dān)任組長(zhǎng),在總經(jīng)理的帶領(lǐng)下,LG甬興人不畏艱苦、彈精竭慮地尋找并落實(shí)綠色改造項(xiàng)目。在大家的共同努力下,我司先后入選寧波市綠色工廠和浙江省綠色工廠。開(kāi)展綠色工廠創(chuàng)建工作以來(lái),在環(huán)保、節(jié)能等領(lǐng)域成效顯著。
Our companyhasbeen preparing forthe certificationof GreenFactory since thebeginning of 2020.We haveestablisheda"GreenFactoryCreationWorkingGroup",withtheGeneralManagerserved astheteam leader.Undertheladershipof theGeneralManager,LGYongxingpeplearetirelesslysearching forand implementing green transformation projects withoutfear ofhardship.Withthe joint efforts of every employee,our companyhas been selected asa Green Factory in NingboCity and a GreenFactory in ZhejiangProvinceSincetheestablishmentfGreenFactorySchemesignificantachievementshavebeen madeinenvironmentalprotection andenergy conservation etc.

生產(chǎn)部門通過(guò)摻配尾氣管線優(yōu)化,使高低濃度尾氣合理分布,減少燃料的同時(shí),減少了風(fēng)機(jī)的電力消耗,
每年可節(jié)省標(biāo)煤約290噸。
The productiondepartment optimizes the distribution of high and low concentration exhaust gas throughblending thepipelines,andreducesfuel consumption and electricity consumption of fans as well,which can save about290tonsofstandardcoalperyear.
水處理部門通過(guò)增設(shè)污泥干化機(jī),將含水率高的污泥進(jìn)行脫水干燥,減少污泥危廢的產(chǎn)生量。
Thewatertreatment department adds sludge dryingmachinesto dehydrate and dry sludge withhigh moisture content,toreduce theproduction of hazardous sludge waste.
技術(shù)部門開(kāi)發(fā)出了使用回收原料的PCR-ABS產(chǎn)品,通過(guò)在產(chǎn)品中添加一定比例的回收材料,嚴(yán)格管控生產(chǎn)品質(zhì),確保品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,實(shí)現(xiàn)碳減排的同時(shí)有效滿足了客戶的特殊需求。

LG Yongxing Special ABS Put into Production
為進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)品的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與服務(wù)的高效便捷性,擴(kuò)大影響力,決定將特殊ABS樹(shù)脂國(guó)產(chǎn)化,地點(diǎn)即位于書藏古今,港通天下的寧波工廠一一LG甬興規(guī)劃產(chǎn)能為5萬(wàn)噸/年,于2023年3月底正式試生產(chǎn)
In order to further enhance the core competitiveness of our products togetherwith theefficiencyand convenienceofour services,and to enlarge ourinfluence,the company decided to localize the special ABS resin. The location is LG Yongxing Ningbo Factory(Ningbo is a city rich in culture and also is an important trading port),with a planned capacityof50oo0 tons per year.It will officially start trial production at the end of March,2023.
耐熱ABS
相較于通用級(jí)ABS,耐熱ABS有更高的熱變形溫度、更高的維卡軟化點(diǎn),具有優(yōu)良的熱穩(wěn)定性、良好的加工性以及涂覆性。
主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?yàn)槠嚥考c電子電器。

Compared with general ABS,heatresistant ABS has a higher thermal deformation temperature,higher softening point,excellent thermal stability,and good process and coating ability,which are mainly used for automotivecomponents and electronic appliances.

ABS電鍍是通過(guò)電解在工件表面沉積金屬或合金,形成均勻、致密、結(jié)合良好的金屬層的過(guò)程,稱為電鍍。簡(jiǎn)單理解就是物理和化學(xué)的變化或結(jié)合。ABS電鍍技術(shù)的應(yīng)用一般將其用于以下目的:防腐蝕;保護(hù)性裝飾;耐磨性。主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?yàn)槠嚥考c電子電器。
ABSelectroplating is the process of depositing metal oralloy on the surface ofa work piece through electrolysis,forming a uniform,dense,and well bonded metal layer,which is called electroplating.A simple understanding is the change or combination ofphysics and chemistry.TheABS electroplating technology is generallyused in the following areas:corrosionprevention, protective decoration,wear resistance.This is mainly used for automotive components and electronic appliances.

ASA是丙烯酸酯類橡膠體與丙烯腈、苯乙烯的接枝共聚物。ASA材料不但可抵抗紫外線照射引起的降解、老化、褪色,同時(shí)對(duì)大氣中的氧化過(guò)程引起的分解或變色有了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)保障,極大的提升了材料的抗老化與耐侯性能。

新建ABSDCS控制室項(xiàng)目竣工暨啟用儀式順利舉行

2023年7月25日,我司舉行了新建ABSDCS控制室項(xiàng)目工暨啟用儀式。儀式邀請(qǐng)了我司總經(jīng)理鮮于志洪先生、副總經(jīng)理許軍先生等高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加并為新ABS控制室剪彩。
On July 25,2023,our company helda completion and opening ceremony for thenewly built ABS DCS control room project. Executives of the company such as Mr.Sunwoo, the General Manager of our company,and Mr.Xu,the Deputy General Manager,were invited to attend the ceremony and carry out ribbon-cutting of the new ABS control room.

剪彩儀式結(jié)束后,ABS工程技術(shù)Team田生能總監(jiān)為參加活動(dòng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)介紹新ABS控制室。我司建設(shè)的新ABS控制室吊頂、墻面等裝飾材料全部采用A級(jí)不燃材料,在保證防火抗爆的前提下維持了整體裝修的現(xiàn)代感??刂剖也僮髋_(tái)采用弧形設(shè)計(jì),CCTV大屏采用鋁板包邊,是一個(gè)集現(xiàn)代化操作與指揮調(diào)度于一體的控制中心;除此之外,可調(diào)節(jié)的燈光亮度、舒適的室內(nèi)環(huán)境與合理的場(chǎng)所布置也改善了控制室員工的工作環(huán)境,提高了他們的工作幸福感。

Our company officially obtained IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certificate issued by Germany TUVRhinelandonAugust3,2023. The issuance of the certificate means that our company's products got a permit to enter into the automobile industry.
2022年品保Team接到IATF16949體系認(rèn)證的任務(wù)。即使ISO9001體系已穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行20年,但對(duì)從未接觸過(guò)汽車產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理體系的我們來(lái)說(shuō),這依舊是一項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)。眾所周知,汽車的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量決定了乘坐人員是否安全,一點(diǎn)小問(wèn)題也可能造成重大事故,所以汽車行業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系無(wú)疑采用更嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
整個(gè)IATF16949體系更側(cè)重于對(duì)顧客需求的識(shí)別和評(píng)審,并傳遞到產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和交付的全過(guò)程,關(guān)注并滿足顧客的特殊要求,以提高顧客滿意度;在基于過(guò)程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析評(píng)價(jià)(FMEA)下,持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn),以滿足顧客要求為核心設(shè)定各個(gè)流程績(jī)效目標(biāo),持續(xù)關(guān)注運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī),不斷地改進(jìn)過(guò)程績(jī)效指標(biāo),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效。這也是我司現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展方向。

在過(guò)去的近一年時(shí)間里,我們成立推進(jìn)體系構(gòu)筑的TFT小組,從ISO9001升級(jí)為IATF16949。最終在大家的共同努力下,完整的IATF16949體系建立起來(lái),并在2023年4\~6月期間通過(guò)了兩個(gè)階段的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核,8月正式拿到認(rèn)證證書。
IATF16949:2016體系的認(rèn)證標(biāo)志著我司在質(zhì)量管理體系上的又一次飛升,更高的要求、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),需要我們更嚴(yán)格地管理和進(jìn)一步地完善。希望此次轉(zhuǎn)變能讓LG甬興的品質(zhì)管理更上一層樓,打造出更好的質(zhì)量口碑,贏得更多的客戶信賴和滿意!
In2022,the quality assuranceteamreceived the task of preparing IATF 16949 certification.Even though ISO9001hasbeen in stable operationfor20years,it is stilla challenge for uswho have never involved in automobile product quality management systems.It is knownthatthequalityofautomobileproducts determined the safety of passengers,and even a small problem could cause major accidents.Therefore,the quality management system of theautomobileindustry undoubtedly takes higher standards.
The entire IATF 16949 system focuses more on identifying and reviewing customer needs,and transmitting them throughout the entire process of productproduction and delivery,paying attention to and meeting customer specific requirements toimprove customer satisfaction;Under the process based risk analysis and evaluation (FMEA),continuous production improvement isachievedbysettingvariousprocess performancegoalswithmeetingcustomerrequirements as the core,continuously focusing on operational performance, continuously improving process performance indicators,and ultimately achieving cost saving and efficiencyincrease.This is also the current development direction of our company.
In thepastyear,wehave set up aTFT team topromote related work for system establishment,upgrading from ISO9001 toIATF 16949.Witheveryone'sjointefforts, thecompletedIATF16949systemwasestablishedand passed twostagesof sitereview fromApril toJune 2023.Thecertificationcertificate was officiallygranted in August.
The certification of IATF 16949:2016systemmarks another leap in our quality management system,with higherrequirements and standards thatrequire us to managemore strictly and improve further.Ihope this transformation could take LG Yongxing's quality management tothe next level,wina better quality reputation,and obtain more customer trust and satisfaction

高壓細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)
二氧化碳具有室息致死性,為了防止MCC內(nèi)的二氧化碳滅火系統(tǒng)誤動(dòng)作造成人員傷亡,LG甬興累計(jì)投資700萬(wàn)元將各MCC二氧化碳滅火系統(tǒng)更換為高壓細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng),新系統(tǒng)更換完成后將消除人員室息風(fēng)險(xiǎn),且系統(tǒng)清潔高效、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單、操作便捷,促進(jìn)應(yīng)急管理工作安全健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

LG甬興致力于建造綠色清凈的工廠,將水質(zhì)污染物治理和排放達(dá)標(biāo)作為公司環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的重要內(nèi)容。
為追求實(shí)現(xiàn)更加清潔的自然環(huán)境,不斷努力。
公司現(xiàn)共有5套污水處理裝置,設(shè)計(jì)處理能力5000立方米/天,2021年投入運(yùn)行了5#(NBL)污水處理裝置。廢水主要成份是ABS膠乳、懸浮物、總氮等。公司采用國(guó)外先進(jìn)的AO生化處理工藝,在生產(chǎn)部門和全體水處理員工的共同努力下,確保出水CODcr和NH3-N穩(wěn)定達(dá)到《合成樹(shù)脂工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB31572-2015)。

低碳節(jié)能
在LG化學(xué)的支持下,LG甬興引入了先進(jìn)的溫室氣體和能源管理體系即(Green house gas and Energy Management)與清潔生產(chǎn)和合同能源管理相互結(jié)合,力求將溫室氣體和能源限制的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最小化。
溫室氣體減排
在溫室氣體排放方面,公司每年通過(guò)GEMS對(duì)相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行管理。所統(tǒng)計(jì)的溫室氣體排放量不僅包括生產(chǎn)工藝排放與移動(dòng)車輛排放等直接排放,還包括電力和蒸汽購(gòu)買等所產(chǎn)生的間接排放。在生產(chǎn)量不斷增大的前提下,通過(guò)一系列節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目,公司實(shí)現(xiàn)年溫室氣體排放減少30000t,相當(dāng)于13000輛汽車一年的二氧化碳排放。
能源節(jié)約
在能源使用方面,LG甬興每年都會(huì)制定使用計(jì)劃,同時(shí)每月對(duì)實(shí)際使用情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,并對(duì)直接或間接的能源使用進(jìn)行區(qū)分及管理。公司根據(jù)綠色經(jīng)營(yíng)方針制定了未來(lái)5年內(nèi)的溫室氣體減排目標(biāo),并每年對(duì)減排成果進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)減排目標(biāo),公司一直積極開(kāi)展各種工藝創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),各部門也認(rèn)真進(jìn)行了如何使用碳排放轉(zhuǎn)化率低的替代能源的相關(guān)研究,通過(guò)ISO50001能源管理體系的建立,培養(yǎng)具有相應(yīng)能力的能源管理員、計(jì)量員、體系審核員,實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能的體系化管理,并通過(guò)定期的內(nèi)審和外審及內(nèi)部課題制作發(fā)現(xiàn)節(jié)能機(jī)會(huì),改善管理措施,為能源單耗持續(xù)下降奠定了基礎(chǔ)。2018年,因開(kāi)展節(jié)能減排活動(dòng)的優(yōu)秀成果,被評(píng)為浙江省綠色企業(yè)(清潔生產(chǎn)先進(jìn)示范企業(yè))。2020年,被評(píng)為浙江省節(jié)水型企業(yè),寧波市綠色工廠。2021年,被評(píng)為浙江省綠色工廠,浙江省節(jié)水標(biāo)桿。2023年,被評(píng)為國(guó)家級(jí)綠色工廠。

In terms of greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions, the company manages the situation through GEMS every year.The estimated GHG emissions include not only direct emissions from manufacturing processes and vehicles,but also indirect emissions from electricity and steam purchases.With the increasing of the production,and through series of energysavingreform project,ourcompanyhasreduced300o0 tons of GHG emission each year, which is equivalent to one year's carbon dioxide emission of 13000 cars.Therefore,we achievedpraisefromtheheadquarters and topleadersof ourcompany.

Interms of energy use,LGYongxing makes plans everyyear,supervises the actualusage of energy each month, and differentiates and manages direct or indirect energy use. 根據(jù)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的不同,正道經(jīng)營(yíng)部門開(kāi)展新入職員、生產(chǎn)職務(wù)初中高級(jí)晉升、事務(wù)職線上、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職線下等多種形式的培訓(xùn),同時(shí)每月面向全體員工開(kāi)展圖文宣傳和答題活動(dòng)。
