落戶獎勵 Settlement reward
公司制股權(quán)投資企業(yè)：
實(shí)繳注冊資本 >=slant5000 萬，獎勵40萬；
實(shí)繳注冊資本 >=slant1 億，獎勵80萬；
實(shí)繳注冊資本 >=slant5 億，獎勵150萬；
實(shí)繳注冊資本 >=slant10 億，獎勵300萬；
實(shí)繳注冊資本 >=slant20 億，獎勵500萬。
Corporate equity investment enterprises:
When the paid-in registered capital is greater than or equal to RMB 50 million, RMB 400,000 willbe awarded;
When the paid-in registered capital is greater than or equal to RMB 100 milion, RMB 800,000 will be awarded;
When the paid-in registered capital is greater than or equal to RMB 500 million, RMB .5 million will be awarded;
When the paid-in registered capital is greater than or equal to RMB 1 billion, RMB 3 million will be awarded;
When the paid-in registered capital is greater than or equal to RMB 2 billion, RMB 5 milion will be awarded.
合伙制股權(quán)投資企業(yè)：
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant5000 萬，獎勵20萬；
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant1 億，獎勵50萬；
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant5 億，獎勵100萬；
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant10 億，獎勵150萬；
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant20 億，獎勵300萬；
實(shí)際募集資金 >=slant30 億，獎勵500萬。

經(jīng)營獎勵 Business incentives
① 對本市實(shí)體企業(yè)股權(quán)投資額達(dá)到3000萬元（含）以上的，經(jīng)認(rèn)定符合條件的，按投資本市企業(yè)金額的 1% 對其委托管理的股權(quán)投資經(jīng)營管理企業(yè)給予獎勵，經(jīng)營獎勵金額累計(jì)不超過2000萬元。
② 在存續(xù)期內(nèi)按其股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓收益（含股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓收益和管理企業(yè)取得的投資收益分成）繳納的企業(yè)所得稅或個人所得稅地方留成部分的 90% 給予獎勵。
① If the equity investment of entities in this city reaches more than RMB 30 million (inclusive), if it is determined to meet the conditions, the equity investment management enterpriseentrusted tomanage it will berewarded at 1% of the investment in the city's enterprise. The cumulative amount of business incentives does not exceed RMB 20 milion.
② In the corporate income tax or personal income tax paid based on the equity transfer income (including the equity transfer income and the investment income obtained by the management enterprise) during the duration, 90% of the retained part by the local government willberewarded.
租金補(bǔ)貼 Rent subsidy
租賃自用辦公用房的，連續(xù)三年給予一定面積的免租金扶持。
補(bǔ)貼金額每年最高不超過100萬元。
經(jīng)認(rèn)定的私募證券投資基金類企業(yè)可參照享受上述租金補(bǔ)助。
Enterprises that rent office space for their own use will be granted rent reduction or exemption support for a certain amount of office space for three consecutive years.
Themaximum annual subsidy amount does not exceed RMB 1 million.
Certified private equity investment fund companies can refer to the above-mentioned rental subsidies.
風(fēng)險補(bǔ)助 Risk subsidy
股權(quán)投資企業(yè)投資于我市初創(chuàng)期的中小微創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)，因投資失敗導(dǎo)致清算或減值退出而形成項(xiàng)目投資損失的，按其實(shí)際投資損失金額 20% 給予風(fēng)險補(bǔ)助。單個項(xiàng)目補(bǔ)助額最高額為200萬元，同一股權(quán)投資企業(yè)申請風(fēng)險補(bǔ)助金額累計(jì)不超過500萬元。
If equity investment enterprises invest in small, medium and micro innovative enterprises in our city at the start-up stage, and project investment losses are caused by liquidation or devaluation or exit due to investment failures, risk subsidies will be given at 20% of their actual investment losses. The maximum amount of subsidy for a single project is RMB 2 milion, and the cumulative amount of risk subsidies applied by the same equity investment enterprise does not exceed RMB 5 million.
人才獎勵Talent reward
對基金小鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)的高管及骨干員工，年工資薪金所得繳納個人所得稅達(dá)到8萬元以上的，按工資薪金所得繳納個人所得稅地方留成部分給予獎勵。其中，年工資薪金所得繳納個稅8萬（含）以內(nèi)的部分，按 50% 給予獎勵；8萬-25萬， 75% 獎勵；25萬元以上， 90% 獎勵。

租金補(bǔ)助 Rent subsidy
實(shí)際募集資金規(guī)模1億元（含）以下的，給予30平方米租金補(bǔ)助；1億元至5億元（含）的，給予50平方米租金補(bǔ)助；5億元至10億元（含）的，給予100平方米租金補(bǔ)助；10億元至30億元（含）的，給予150平方米租金補(bǔ)助；30億元以上的，給予200平方米租金補(bǔ)助。
For those with an actual fundraising scale of less than 100 million yuan (inclusive), a rental subsidy of 30 square meters will be provided; A rental subsidy of 50 square meters will be provided for those between 100 million yuan and 500 million yuan (inclusive); A rental subsidy of 100 square meters willbe provided for those between 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan (inclusive); For those between 1 bilion yuan and 3 billion yuan (inclusive), a rental subsidy of 150 square meters will be provided; For those over 3 billion yuan, a rental subsidy of 200 square meters willbe provided.
經(jīng)營獎勵 Business rewards
實(shí)際募集資金規(guī)模1億元（含）以下的、1億元至5億元（含）的、5億元以上的，分別給予兩區(qū)地方留成部分 50% 60% 、 80% 的獎勵。
For those with an actual fundraising scale of less than 100 million yuan (inclusive), those between 100 million yuan and 500 million yuan (inclusive), and those above 500 million yuan, rewards of 50% P 60% ,and 80% of the local retention portion will be given to the two regions respectively.
人才獎勵Talentrewards
年工資薪金所得繳納個稅8萬元（含）以下的部分，按 50% 給予獎勵；8萬元至25萬元（含）的部分，按 75% 給予獎勵；25萬元以上的部分，按 90% 給予獎勵。
