鐮灣河水質(zhì)凈化廠現(xiàn)狀規(guī)模為8萬 \mathsf { m } ^ { 3 } / \mathsf { d } ; ,出水執(zhí)行《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級A排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。限于進(jìn)水水質(zhì)復(fù)雜含工業(yè)污水及原污水廠處理工藝問題,該水廠只能處理6萬 { { m } } ^ { 3 } / { { d } } , 存在2萬m3/d的處理缺口。因此,急需新建2萬m3/d的污水處理設(shè)施,以滿足污水處理需求,解決流域/水環(huán)境污染問題。

樟村水質(zhì)凈化廠建于2004年,設(shè)計(jì)水量260萬m3/d,用于處理東引運(yùn)河河道水,原采用一級強(qiáng)化沉淀工藝,去除SS、COD、TP。2020年,東莞市水污染治理指揮部印發(fā)《市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)包干東引運(yùn)河樟村國考斷面上游重點(diǎn)支流污染整治工作方案》,要求年底前包干支流斷面水質(zhì)基本達(dá)到V類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該凈水廠面臨氨氮不達(dá)標(biāo)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),且無新增工藝用地,經(jīng)多輪技術(shù)論證后采用純膜MBBR工藝進(jìn)行升級改造,原位實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)化氨氮的去除。本次改造設(shè)計(jì)水量130萬m3/d,根據(jù)進(jìn)水氨氮濃度不同,設(shè)置3種考核方式,分別為出水氨氮濃度、氨氮去除率和氨氮去除量。

工藝原理 Process Principle
Nauto@(Nitrogen RemovalViaAutotrophic)是基于MBBR的厭氧氨氧化工藝,通過懸浮載體富集功能菌,利用生物膜分層分布的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)功能菌的專性與高效富集。應(yīng)用于高氨氮廢水時(shí),生物膜內(nèi)層富集AnAOB,外層富集AOB,形成一段式全程自養(yǎng)脫氮工藝 CANON(Completely Autotrophic Nitrogen Removal Over Nitrite),在好氧區(qū)完成自養(yǎng)脫氮。應(yīng)用于市政污水時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)生物膜內(nèi)層富集AnAOB,外層富集DNB,形成短程反硝化厭氧氨氧化過程PDN/A(PartialDenitrification/Anammox),在缺氧區(qū)完成自養(yǎng)脫氮。
