ApplicationCase
Dalian Forging Plant has a large forging workshop and five processing workshops, the workshop uses a variety of gas furnace body, the furnace body size is tall, closely arranged, the surrounding gas path instruments, valves, flange joints are numerous, and most of the furnace body after years of full load operation, there are more leakage hidden points, it is necessary to carry out real-time monitoring and warning of the concentration of natural gas in the workshop. Traditional technology combustible gas alarm has been installed in the workshop, but the field use of missing the alarm phenomenon is serious,basically in an invalid state, can not meet the needs of safe production.
The industrial gas safety monitoring system provided by the Tianxin sensing team for the plant adopts advanced laser gas detection technology, which greatly improves the coverage, monitoring capability, response speed, construction cost performance, and management means of the entire system,meeting the gas safety monitoring needs of complex sites, and controlling the danger in the bud. The system can effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents such as gas explosion. After field feedback, the system runs stably, has reliable performance,and has obtained remarkable economic and social benefits.
