開發(fā)前評審會：有專業(yè)技術(shù)團隊在開發(fā)前，進行可行性分析和風(fēng)險 評估，對圖紙進行詳細分析，確定尺寸關(guān)鍵控制點，工藝設(shè)計方案策 劃，以及制造過程工序方案的策劃，進行模擬分析； Pre-development review meeting: the experienced engineers analyze possibility and risks,identifythekey dimension of control points when checking the drawing details, make the process design plan and production process plan in advance.
生產(chǎn)過程檢驗：包括蠟件檢測、毛壞表面及尺寸檢測、成分及機械性能檢測、無損檢測、加工過程中巡檢和互檢、包裝前最終檢測等；
Production process inspection:including wax parts inspection, raw casting surface and size inspection,self-inspection and mutual inspection during machining, final inspection before packaging, etc.
完善的檢測設(shè)備：原輔材料檢測設(shè)備，光譜分析儀，硬度、拉伸、沖擊等性能檢測設(shè)備，X射線機等無損檢測設(shè)備，三坐標等高精度尺寸檢測設(shè)備。

兩條生產(chǎn)線，合計生產(chǎn)能力3600噸/年。

生產(chǎn)采用自動化設(shè)備，如制殼機械手、懸鏈通過式拋丸清理機、全自動六軸切割機、熱處理多用爐等，極大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
