Founded in 1952, Inner Mongolia Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Transportation Group. The company holds 17
professional qualifications, including the special-grade qualification for general
contracting of highway engineering, multiple Grade I specialized qualifications, and
the Comprehensive Grade A qualification for highway engineering testing and
inspection.
With a registered capital of 2.49 billion yuan and total assets of 4.984 billion yuan, the
company has constructed 8,059 kilometers of national and provincial trunk
highways, with a cumulative investment of 52 billion yuan in highway construction.
It is the largest highway construction enterprise in Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region and the only one to integrate the following honors: National High-Tech
Enterprise; Sci-Tech Reform Enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision

The Erguang Expressway project, spanning from Erlianhot to Saihantala, covers a
mainline length of 99.54 kilometers, with a construction and installation cost of 1.943
billion yuan. The project employs a plant-mixed hot recycling process for its ATB-25
flexible base course. After milling and screening the reclaimed materials, new
materials are blended and mixed, achieving a recycled material content of up to 40%.
The project has been awarded 4 provincial and ministerial-level awards and has
achieved 25 technological innovation outcomes.

The S43 Hohhot Airport Expressway stretches 29.435 kilometers and is constructed as
a dual eight-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 km/H. The subgrade width is
43.0 meters, and the bridge width is 40.5 meters (20.25 meters x 2). Except for the
main toll station section, the entire route is elevated, with a total estimated

This section, known as the Jingwu Expressway, starts 10 kilometers west of the design
endpoint of the Dandong-Xilinhot Expressway's Daban to Jingpeng section and
connects to the reserved alignment of the G1611 Hebei section. The mainline is a dual
four-lane expressway with a total length of 96.151 kilometers, a design speed of 100
km/h, and a subgrade width of 26 meters. The bridge and culvert design follows the
Highway-I grade vehicle load standard, with a total estimated investment of 6.063
billion yuan.

When combined with traditional engineering slope protection measures, it facilitates the restoration of ecological vegetation on slopes. From 2021 to 2023, the group company completed a total of 4,552,112m2 of slope g r e e n i n g , i n cl u d i n g 2 , 6 9 0 , 1 7 7 m 2 o n embankment sections and 1,861,935 m2 on cut sections. This technology enhances slope strength, maintains slope stability, and reduces soil erosion. It harmonizes slope vegetation with t h e n a t u r a l e c o l o g ic a l e n v ir o n m e n t, improves roadside landscapes, and delivers significant social benefits. Additionally, the technology reduces the need for masonry structures, effectively lowering the use of masonry materials and conserving energy, thereby contributing to environmental protection.
