楔塊式超越離合器
滾柱式超越離合器
楔塊式超越離合器采用10\~20顆楔塊傳遞扭矩，同等尺寸條件下的扭矩載荷可增加1.5倍以上。如目前三柱銷中心徑為57mm的超越離合器3滾柱單向超越離合器的理論公稱扭矩為45N.m，而同尺寸的楔塊式單向超越離合器的理論公稱扭矩為65N.m。

楔塊式與內(nèi)芯的接觸為弧面線接觸，接觸面積小，在重負荷時能有效降低超越空轉(zhuǎn)時的扭矩，而滾柱式依靠內(nèi)芯外圓面與外圈內(nèi)徑面接觸支撐，滑動摩擦扭矩大，在滑行時阻力、功率損失遠大于楔塊式。在相同的空載條件下檢測，楔塊式超越離合器空載摩擦扭矩為10gf.cm，3滾柱單向超越離合器的空載摩擦扭矩為22gf.cm。更小的空載摩擦扭矩能有效的降低電動車的能耗損失，增加電動車的續(xù)航里程。
