善園是寧波的城市慈善文化地標(biāo)，是慈善文化主題公園，也是一座活化的慈善博物館。善園位于寧波市鄞州區(qū)泰康西路399號(hào)，總面積16000余平米，園內(nèi)有七幢中、西式小樓，可使用面積4000余平米。
寧波史稱”義郡”，素有千年義鄉(xiāng)之譽(yù)?！暗胤骄葷?jì)之事仰市井而成”，“善堂林立，如養(yǎng)老、育嬰、醫(yī)病、恤孤等諸義舉，無不應(yīng)有盡有”的慈風(fēng)義俗，綿延不絕。近代以來，票尚義利并舉的“寧波幫”人士，成為中國慈善事業(yè)的引領(lǐng)者。善園的前身，即是百年前“寧波幫”人物嚴(yán)康懋先生興辦的義學(xué)、義莊、義倉舊址。
2011年，感念嚴(yán)康懋先生的義善之舉，在嚴(yán)家村村民和媒體記者的共同呼吁下，通過朱禹寶、王雅根、徐祖良、陳耀芳等數(shù)位人大代表、政協(xié)委員的倡議、推動(dòng)，使行將拆毀的義學(xué)、義莊、義倉得以保留，重開華麗蛻變的新進(jìn)程。善園項(xiàng)目自2017年6月擴(kuò)建完成以來，成為集展示、體驗(yàn)、參與、服務(wù)、慈善文化倡導(dǎo)于一體，具游覽、休閑、教化之功能的綜合性志愿服務(wù)平臺(tái)。善園聚焦于“急難救助”“慈善文化倡導(dǎo)”“影響力投資”三大公益慈善領(lǐng)域，以“進(jìn)德修業(yè)弘道立人”為使命，以“善善與共天下大同”為愿景，秉承“守正出奇知行合一”的價(jià)值觀，倡導(dǎo)人人慈善，號(hào)召民眾一起行善，讓行善成為每一公民的生活習(xí)慣！

2022年，是新冠疫情在神州大地肆虐的第三年。在這一年的365天里，有感到疲憊無助的時(shí)刻，但在更多的光陰里感受到的是欣慰與感動(dòng)！善園公益平臺(tái)作為地方民間慈善組織，每年能得到數(shù)百萬計(jì)人次的擁與參與，每年能保持超億元人民幣善款的募集與撥付，蕓蕓眾生的愛心善意，能通過善園得以釋放、傳遞，普羅大眾遇到急難之事，能因有善園而不致求告無門，這些已經(jīng)足夠我們引以為豪，且感恩莫名了。
善園公益平臺(tái)承載著人們太多的希冀與期待。這份希冀與期待，足以讓人感到不能承受之重。由此，我們深深地感恩來自善園這片土地上的文化之根和誠信之魂。優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化是現(xiàn)代慈善事業(yè)之根。自古以來，儒家崇尚“仁愛、民本、大同、義利”，釋家傳播“慈悲、因緣、業(yè)報(bào)、功德”，道家弘揚(yáng)“積德、勸善、承負(fù)、濟(jì)世”。儒、釋、道表述各異，但義理卻近，倡導(dǎo)的是勸人為善、利他益己、福澤濟(jì)世的價(jià)值觀。一脈相承的慈善思想和文化風(fēng)尚綿延至今，成為中華民族崇善尚義的文化紐帶。
寧波人自古熱衷慈善?！霸鞓蜾伮沸逈鐾ぁ笔瞧胀▽幉ㄈ擞绕湎矚g參與的慈善形式，城鄉(xiāng)間遺存有諸多鄉(xiāng)賢捐建的義莊、義田、義塾、義橋等，可資證見。近現(xiàn)代以來，寧波幫的仁人義士捐建的學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、圖書館等社會(huì)公益機(jī)構(gòu)在全國隨處可見。浩渺星空上有以寧波籍慈善家名字命名的邵逸夫星、王寬誠星、李達(dá)三星、曹光彪星等小行星，近年來涌現(xiàn)的“順其自然”“醫(yī)者仁心”“感恩惜福”…..等眾多的匿名捐款人，都是寧波----這座“千年義郡”“愛心之城”的一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。
寧波人素來票尚誠信?！扒稍p不如拙誠”是寧波地域文化的特色，古往今來，寧波城鄉(xiāng)流傳著眾多以誠信立身傳家的佳話。2022年，為弘揚(yáng)寧波慈善文化、倡導(dǎo)人人慈善，我們牽頭征集、整理了《大善文明一寧波慈善故事》一書，收納了與寧波相關(guān)的善人善事故事百余篇，無論是成就輝煌的巨商大善，還是你我身邊的凡夫俗子，尊信重諾是這些義善之人的基本特征。
善園公益平臺(tái)長期專注于“急難救助、慈善文化倡導(dǎo)、影響力投資”三大領(lǐng)域，深耕不輟，篤行致遠(yuǎn)。2022年，我們繼續(xù)苦練內(nèi)功，健全制度建設(shè)，完善內(nèi)部治理，筑牢風(fēng)控堤壩，尤其注重在數(shù)字化改造、科技賦能、員工素質(zhì)提升上下功夫，在提高平臺(tái)公信力，為捐贈(zèng)人、受助人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)上出成果。全年共組織開展公益活動(dòng)數(shù)百場，募集善款達(dá)10971萬元，支出善款為11116萬元；新設(shè)立慈善信托三筆，共計(jì)2150萬元，新增“一起行善”捐贈(zèng)人建議基金用戶7000多戶；善園公益基金會(huì)通過AAAAA級(jí)社會(huì)組織復(fù)評(píng)，善園公益基金會(huì)獲評(píng)浙江省優(yōu)秀慈善組織，善園上榜由文化和旅游部全國公共文化發(fā)展中心、中國文化館協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦的“最受歡迎公共文化空間TOP50”榜單等。
慈善事業(yè)任重道遠(yuǎn)。在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化國家的征程中，慈善事業(yè)將在促進(jìn)社會(huì)正義、補(bǔ)充社會(huì)保障、協(xié)同社會(huì)治理、建設(shè)民間外交、塑造核心價(jià)值、保持社會(huì)創(chuàng)新、推動(dòng)商業(yè)進(jìn)化、提升家庭文明、履行公民責(zé)任、實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值等方面發(fā)揮更重要的作用。
新的一年，善園公益平臺(tái)愿與更多的捐贈(zèng)人、受助人、志愿者等有緣人同修共行！

2022wasthethirdyearoftheCOVID-19pandemic.Inthe365daysof lastyear,thereweremomentswhenwefeltired andhelpless,butmore oftenwefelt gratified andmoved!Asa local non-governmental charity organization,Shanyuan attracts millions of followers and participants everyyear,raisesandallocatesover \yen100 million of donations annually.People's kindness is expressed and delivered through Shanyuan. Peopleindistress arehelpedbecauseofShanyuan.Thisisenoughforus to feel proud and grateful.
Shanyuan carries toomanyhopes and expectations.Such hopes and expectationsareheavyenoughtomakeusfeeloverwhelmed.Therefore, wearedeeplygratefultotherootofcultureandthesoulofintegrityin this land.Excellent traditional culture is theroot of modern philanthropy. In China,Confucianismadvocates“benevolence，careforpeople,great harmony,justice”，Buddhism preaches“mercy，causality,karma，merit and virtue”，and Taoism encourages“accumulating virtue,persuading goodness,taking responsibility and helping the world".Although the expressionsare different,themeaningsare similar.Theyalladvocate the same values andurgepeople to dogood,be alruistic and help others. The consistentphilanthropicthoughtsandcultural trendshave continued to this day,becoming the cultural bond forthe Chinese nation to uphold goodness and justice.
Ningbopeoplehave beenkeen on philanthropy since ancient times. "Building bridgespavingroadsandbuildingpavilions”aretheformsf philanthropy favored by ordinary Ningbopeople.Theremaining houses, fields,schools and bridgesdonated by squiresinbothtown and country inancienttimesareevidence.The schools,hospitals,librariesandother public facilities donated bykindhearted Ningbobang members in moderntimescanbe seen everywhereacrossChina.Inthe vastuniverse, there are asteroidsnamedafterNingbophilanthropistslike Run Run Shaw,Wong Kwan Cheng,Li DakSum,ChaoKuang Piu,etc.Inrecent years,numerous anonymous donors have sprung up,like"Shun Qi Zi Ran","YiZheRen Xin"，“Gan EnXiFu”,etc.They allarebeautiful sights in Ningbo,“a prefecture of righteousness"and "a city of love”. Ningbopeoplevalueintegrity.Webelieve thathonestyisbetterthan
cunning.This isa feature of Ningbo culture.Through the ages,there havebeenmanystoriesaboutpeopleroseonintegrityinbothtown and country of Ningbo.To promote Ningbo's philanthropic culture and encourageeveryonetodocharity,wecompiledthebookACivilizationof GreatPhilanthropy:PhilanthropicStoriesinNingboin2022.Itcontains more than one hundred stories aboutgoodpeople and good deeds in Ningbo,including successful magnates,glorious philanthropists and ordinary people aroundus.Integrityis a basic trait in these righteous people.
ShanyuanhasfocusedonCharityRelief,PhilanthropicCulturePromotion,and Impact Investment fora long time.Wego deep andnever stop. Wearepersistent inwhatwe do.ln2022,wecontinued toimproveour performance,institutional development,internalgovernance,andrisk control.Specialeffortsweremadeindigitalization，empowermentby technology, and staff quality improvement.Progress was made in improving theplatform'scredibilityandprovidingqualityservicesfor benefactors and beneficiaries.Last year,we organized hundreds of publicservicecampaigns,raised￥109.71millionand spent￥111.16 milliononcharity.Threenewcharitable trustswereestablished，totaling ￥21.5million.Our Donor Advised Fund“Do Good Together”added more than7,0o0new users.ShanyuanFoundationpassed itsAAAAA Social Organizationre-evaluation andwasrated as anExcellentCharity Organizationof ZhejiangProvince.Shanyuangoton thelistof China's Top 50 MostPopularPublicCultural Spaces jointlypublished by the National Centre forPublicCulturalDevelopmentof the Ministryof Cultureand Tourismand ChinaPublicCultural CentersAssociation. 寧波鄞州銀行公益基金會(huì)于2011年9月獲準(zhǔn)設(shè)立，法定代表人：陳耀芳，登記資金1億元，組織類別為慈善組織，批準(zhǔn)機(jī)構(gòu)為浙江省民政廳，機(jī)構(gòu)代碼為53330000501884529T。為“AAAAA級(jí)社會(huì)組織”。2020年，鄞州銀行公益基金會(huì)以96.7的高分通過SGS全球社會(huì)組織對標(biāo)認(rèn)證?；饡?huì)以“推動(dòng)農(nóng)村社會(huì)進(jìn)步，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，幫扶民眾安居樂業(yè)”為主方向，在教育、衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保和推動(dòng)社會(huì)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域開展公益活動(dòng)。

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國慈善法》第三十九條規(guī)定慈善組織接受捐贈(zèng)，捐贈(zèng)人要求簽訂書面捐贈(zèng)協(xié)議的，慈善組織應(yīng)當(dāng)與捐贈(zèng)人簽訂書面捐贈(zèng)協(xié)議。書面捐贈(zèng)協(xié)議包括捐贈(zèng)人和慈善組織名稱，捐贈(zèng)財(cái)產(chǎn)的種類、數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、用途、交付時(shí)間等內(nèi)容。
Article 39 of the Charity Law of thePeople's Republicof China:when a charity organization accepts a donation and awritten donationagreement isrequiredby thebenefactor, the charityorganization shall enter into a written donation agreementwith thebenefactor.Thewrittendonation agreement shall include thename of the benefactor,the name of the charity organization，and the type，quantity, quality, purpose, and time of the donation.
02 享受稅收抵扣 Tax Credits
個(gè)人捐贈(zèng)稅務(wù)抵扣：根據(jù)《中華人民共和國個(gè)人所得稅法》及財(cái)政部、稅務(wù)總局發(fā)布的關(guān)于公益慈善事業(yè)捐贈(zèng)個(gè)人所得稅政策的公告，個(gè)人通過中華人民共和國境內(nèi)公益性社會(huì)組織、縣級(jí)以上人民政府及其部門等國家機(jī)關(guān)，向教育、扶貧、濟(jì)困等公益慈善事業(yè)的捐贈(zèng)（以下簡稱公益捐贈(zèng)），發(fā)生的公益捐贈(zèng)支出，可以按照個(gè)人所得稅法有關(guān)規(guī)定在計(jì)算應(yīng)納稅所得額時(shí)扣除。
企業(yè)捐贈(zèng)稅務(wù)抵扣：根據(jù)《中華人民共和國慈善法》第八十條和《企業(yè)所得稅法》第九條規(guī)定，企業(yè)公益性捐贈(zèng)支出，在年度利潤總額 12% 以內(nèi)的部分，準(zhǔn)予在計(jì)算應(yīng)納稅所得額時(shí)扣除。超過 12% 的部分，可在此后3年內(nèi)計(jì)算應(yīng)納稅所得額時(shí)扣除。

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國慈善法》第四章第三十八條規(guī)定慈善組織接受捐贈(zèng)，應(yīng)當(dāng)向捐贈(zèng)人開具由財(cái)政部門統(tǒng)一監(jiān)（?。┲频木栀?zèng)票據(jù)。捐贈(zèng)票據(jù)應(yīng)當(dāng)載明捐贈(zèng)人、捐贈(zèng)財(cái)產(chǎn)的種類及數(shù)量、慈善組織名稱和經(jīng)辦人姓名、票據(jù)日期等。捐贈(zèng)人匿名或者放棄接受捐贈(zèng)票據(jù)的，慈善組織應(yīng)當(dāng)做好相關(guān)記錄。

陽明心學(xué)所煥發(fā)的光芒深刻影響著中國乃至世界。黨的十八大以來，習(xí)近平總書記多次在不同場合強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)王陽明思想的重要性，善園公益平臺(tái)秉承“守正出奇知行合一”的價(jià)值觀，發(fā)起“陽明助學(xué)”項(xiàng)目，旨在弘揚(yáng)寧波幫“崇學(xué)重教，富而思源”的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，以期匯聚海內(nèi)外寧波幫有識(shí)之士，共同助力教育事業(yè)發(fā)展。
善園公益平臺(tái)的“陽明助學(xué)”源起重要捐贈(zèng)人鄞州銀行組織全體員工積極參與寧波市2007年“和諧寧波萬人助學(xué)”活動(dòng)和善園創(chuàng)始人嚴(yán)意娜2009年的甘肅支教實(shí)踐。十余年來，平臺(tái)已累計(jì)募集數(shù)千萬元用于該項(xiàng)自，受助人群遍布全國，尤其是甘肅、云南、貴州、四川、吉林、湖南、新疆、西藏等欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。

“候鳥助飛”項(xiàng)自旨在在生活和學(xué)業(yè)等方面為困境外來務(wù)工家庭的學(xué)齡兒童提供幫助，提升孩子們的文化道德素養(yǎng)，增加孩子們的城市歸屬感。本項(xiàng)目為外來務(wù)工子弟學(xué)校鏈接愛心企業(yè)慈善捐贈(zèng)，動(dòng)員企業(yè)員工參與對受助家庭進(jìn)行入戶訪談、公益活動(dòng)等志愿服務(wù)，項(xiàng)目除了給予困境學(xué)生助學(xué)金和援助物資的發(fā)放，還為受助學(xué)生提供每年兩次的外出研學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)。2022年度，“候鳥助飛”項(xiàng)目共收到捐贈(zèng)超30萬元，分別來自日出實(shí)業(yè)和順圓物流有限公司兩家企業(yè)，結(jié)對援助打工子弟學(xué)校4所，為75個(gè)困境學(xué)子及家庭提供了幫助。

善園攜手“支教奶奶”周秀芳、“本恩根”等愛心助學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)，發(fā)起“一起行善助學(xué)公益聯(lián)盟”，共同呼吁全社會(huì)對困境學(xué)子的支持與幫扶，助力共同富裕。2022年度，一起行善助學(xué)聯(lián)盟立足多年在助學(xué)領(lǐng)域的影響力和號(hào)召力，發(fā)動(dòng)鄞州區(qū)數(shù)十所學(xué)校和社會(huì)團(tuán)隊(duì)、愛心企業(yè)為寧波市東西部對口幫扶地區(qū)開展結(jié)對幫扶助學(xué)項(xiàng)目，在募集善款的同時(shí)，將公益慈善的種子播撒在參與捐贈(zèng)的學(xué)子心中。
2022年度，“牽手寒門學(xué)子讓夢揚(yáng)帆起航”項(xiàng)目與鄞州區(qū)金融業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、鄞州區(qū)女企業(yè)家聯(lián)誼會(huì)一起，帶動(dòng)鄞州區(qū)26家金融企業(yè)與50余位女企業(yè)家共同為四川涼山州木里中學(xué)240名困境學(xué)子募集一對一助學(xué)資金48萬余元。興天下之利，莫大于興學(xué)！
未來，善園公益平臺(tái)將不斷拓展“陽明助學(xué)項(xiàng)目”的服務(wù)內(nèi)容與服務(wù)群體，精心壁畫，分步實(shí)施，為更多愛心人士提供便利，以創(chuàng)新與專業(yè)的慈善服務(wù)，使善款達(dá)到以一當(dāng)十的公益效用，傳承寧波幫重視教育的傳統(tǒng)美德，造福一方桑梓。

善園啟動(dòng)數(shù)字化提升路上，嘗試在字節(jié)跳動(dòng)公益平臺(tái)創(chuàng)新使用視頻形式向網(wǎng)友倡導(dǎo)慈善文化，呼吁愛心捐贈(zèng)，在抖音發(fā)起了《大病患兒重獲新生》項(xiàng)目，自3月項(xiàng)目發(fā)起到5月短短三個(gè)月間，累計(jì)有愛心網(wǎng)友49718583人次瀏覽，2396394人次點(diǎn)贊，收到捐贈(zèng)2764960.27元，幫扶65名困境大病患者，讓他們在疫情和疾病面前堅(jiān)持走下去，看到戰(zhàn)勝病魔的曙光。最給人正能量的是抖音用戶的一條條留言鼓勵(lì)，讓飽受病魔折磨的求助人重拾起對生活的信心，也讓愛心捐贈(zèng)人士體驗(yàn)到慈善的意義。
Ontheroad todigitalization,Shanyuan tried topromote philanthropic cultureandappealfor charitabledonations ontheplatformof Bytedance (China)CSR by posting videos and launched the"Seriously Il Children Reborn" program on Douyin.From itslaunch in March to May, in just three months, the program received 49,718,583 pageviews,2,396,394 thumb-ups,and \yen2,764,960.27 of donations from caring netizens,which helped65 seriouslyill patients,making them keep fighting the epidemic and illness and see the dawn of overcomingillness.What gave people the most positive energy were the messages of encouragement fromDouyin users,whichmade those suffering from illness regain their confidence in life and made caring benefactors feelthe meaning of philanthropy.

善園公益平臺(tái)攜手寧海婦聯(lián)發(fā)起“單親媽媽賦能計(jì)劃”，為身處困境的單親媽媽群體開展為期半年的專業(yè)技能與興趣發(fā)展培訓(xùn)課程，同時(shí)組建互助小組，通過交流與互動(dòng)，幫助受助的單親母親走出困境，舒緩心理壓力。2022年，項(xiàng)自共開展賦能課程20次，為8位媽媽提供了生活與職業(yè)幫扶。

In 2022, Shanyuan worked with a young movie production team to make a public-interest micro movie called "Xiaoli and Grandpa", whichfocusesontheplightof childrenleftbehind,trying toarousethe publi's atfention to their living conditions and call on more caring people tojointly protect their growth.In 2022,￥136,900was raised for the project.Movie shootinghasbeen completed and it isnowin the post-production stage.
特殊群體救助 SpecialgroupsRelief
項(xiàng)目由通商公益慈善基金捐助開展，借助智能家電廚具，提升心智障礙青年的自主生活能力，2022年度，項(xiàng)目共開展活動(dòng)12次，項(xiàng)目幫助心智障礙青年變身大廚，與來自寧波公交集團(tuán)、建設(shè)銀行等企業(yè)員工一起，共烹美食，為防疫人員送清涼，傳遞溫暖與愛意。目前，項(xiàng)目資金共支出182363.29元，項(xiàng)目惠及十余個(gè)大齡心智障礙青年及家庭。項(xiàng)目成功地幫助心青年們提升了做飯的技能，改善了心青年們與社會(huì)的融合狀況。
Donated by Ningbo Commerce Bank CharityFund,the program uses intelligent kitchen appliances to improve mentally disabledyoung people'sabilitytoliveindependently \ensuremath{In}2022 the program carriedout 12 sessions,helped mentally disabled young people cook with employees of NingboPublicTransport Group and China Construction Bank，relieving summer heat for pandemic controlvolunteers and delivering warmth and love.At present, a total of Y182,363.29 has been spent on this program， benefiting more than 10 mentally disabled young people and their families.The program successfully helped mentallydisabled young peopleimprove their cooking skills and social integration.
2022年度，善園公益平臺(tái)繼續(xù)開展“山海有情，甬涼同行”項(xiàng)目，為四川涼山彝族自治州多方動(dòng)員社會(huì)慈善資源，發(fā)起執(zhí)行助學(xué)、助困、教學(xué)環(huán)境改善、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品促銷等幫扶項(xiàng)目30多個(gè)，共籌集撥付善款超400余萬元，項(xiàng)目惠及木里、鹽源、喜德、越西、甘洛五個(gè)縣區(qū)。

“城市溫度·公共鋼琴”項(xiàng)目旨在營造良好的城市文化氛圍，提升寧波“音樂之城”的文化品味，倡導(dǎo)“藝術(shù)改變生活”的公益理念。截至2022年底，已有23架公共鋼琴落地寧波23處城市文化地標(biāo)、機(jī)場、火車站、地鐵站、醫(yī)院、大型商場、行政服務(wù)中心等各大公共場所。2022年，公共鋼琴項(xiàng)目新增了帶夢胡同、海曙印象城和寧波市老年大學(xué)大廳三個(gè)站點(diǎn)，新拓展了寧波外事學(xué)校、寧波老年大學(xué)兩支志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)。公共鋼琴項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)三年來，雖然受疫情影響項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行面臨不少困難，但在千余位志愿者團(tuán)隊(duì)和善園公益團(tuán)隊(duì)的努力下，仍開展了各類公益文化活動(dòng)數(shù)百場，公共鋼琴也得到了很好的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)，讓公共鋼琴的琴聲持續(xù)在甬城街頭奏響。7月，由申江控股愛心支持、寧波籍旅美青年鋼琴家蔣出演的“奏響中西鳴喚耳畔”公共鋼琴獨(dú)奏音樂會(huì)在寧波大劇院隆重登場，“鋼琴奶奶”莫志蔚出席了這次音樂會(huì)，兩人四手連彈，共奏慈善之音，繼續(xù)用音樂傳遞這座城的善與美。
"UrbanTemperature * Public Piano”Program aims to createa good urban cultural atmosphere，advocate the public service idea that“art changes life”.As of the end of 2022,23 public pianos were installed in 23 public places in Ningbo, such as urban cultural landmarks，the airport,the railway station，metro stations,hospitals,large shopping mallshe administrative service center and so on.In 2022,the Public PianoProgram added three newlocations atDEMOHOOD,Haishu INCITY,Ningbo University for Senior Citizens,and developed two newvolunteer teams at NingboForeign Affairs School and NingboUniversity for Senior Citizens. In July, a public piano recital “Eastern and Western MusicPlayed by Your Ears" sponsored by Shenjiang Holdings and performed by Jiang Yun, a young Ningbo pianist in the United States, was staged in Ningbo Grand Theatre."Piano Grandma" Mo Zhiwei attended the recital. The two played themusic of philanthropy together,continuing to convey thekindness and beauty of the city through music.
2018年，寧波善園提議在東南區(qū)域規(guī)劃、整修總長數(shù)百公里的“東錢湖國際毅行步道”，得到黨委、政府的高度認(rèn)同和支持。至2020年底，以東錢湖鎮(zhèn)域?yàn)橹鳎┬袞|吳鎮(zhèn)、橫溪鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域，已完成建設(shè)標(biāo)馬、半馬、微馬及超馬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的健身、競賽步道525公里，命名為“千里云道”，并成功舉行“善行錢湖”“東錢湖國際馬拉松”等數(shù)場全民參與的徒步、馬拉松賽事。
公益路亭項(xiàng)目旨在弘揚(yáng)中華傳統(tǒng)文化，以文化建設(shè)帶動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺，城鄉(xiāng)融合發(fā)展，推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興，倡導(dǎo)文化自信，實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村精神共富與物質(zhì)共富之目標(biāo)。
東錢湖素有“西湖風(fēng)光，太湖氣魄”之美譽(yù)，公益路亭項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃通過公益眾籌方式，廣聚社會(huì)各界善心捐贈(zèng)，沿東錢湖千里云道打造一處行動(dòng)中的山水路亭楹聯(lián)博物館，傳承修橋鋪路造亭的傳統(tǒng)慈善文化，發(fā)掘與弘揚(yáng)中國傳統(tǒng)亭橋古建與書法楹聯(lián)之美。2021年，公益路亭首期四亭、二橋、一牌坊竣工落成，亭橋牌坊均按舊時(shí)形制，以精美的古舊石雕構(gòu)件為材料重建而成，路亭沿山勢而上，掩映于自然山水之間，充分彰顯了浙東古商道之人文傳承之美。
2022年，善園聯(lián)合中國楹聯(lián)協(xié)會(huì)、德泉國學(xué)書院共同向海內(nèi)外楹聯(lián)名家邀約征稿，共收到全國60余位楹聯(lián)愛好者的投稿共計(jì)180余副，最終為首期路亭定稿楹聯(lián)、匾額作品共計(jì)24副，均出自國內(nèi)楹聯(lián)名家之手。11月，善園在寧波市文聯(lián)、寧波市藝術(shù)發(fā)展基金的大力支持下，向陳啟元、賀圣思、宋漢光等20余位角上名家發(fā)起邀約，完成了31副楹聯(lián)、匾額、亭、橋、坊名的題寫。公益路亭項(xiàng)目通過與政府文化部門、楹聯(lián)家、書法家、媒體、陽明文化促進(jìn)會(huì)、范欽文化研究會(huì)等各利益相關(guān)方的溝通，匯聚了社會(huì)慈善資源，彰顯了公益路亭項(xiàng)目的影響力和文化內(nèi)涵。
In 2018, Shanyuan proposed to plan and build ahundreds of kilometers long Dongqian LakeInternational Walking Trail in the southeast of Yinzhou.The proposal was agreed and supported by the Party Commiftee and the government.At the end of 2020, the “1,000-Li Cloud Trail", a 525k m fitness and competition trail for standard marathon,half marathon,mini marathon,ultramarathon races around Dongqianhu Town and across Dongwu Town and Hengxi town, was completed. "Charitable Hike at Dongqian Lake”，“Dongqian Lake International Marathon”and other hiking and marathon events participated by all were successfully held on the trail.
In 2020,Yinzhou Bank Foundation initiated Dongqian Lake Public Pavilion Project. And Ningbo Shanyuan Foundation was responsible for its fundraising and implementation.
In 2021,four pavilions, two bridges and one archway in Phase One of the Public PavilionProjectwere completed，whichareallbuilt inancient styleswith exquisiteold carved stone components, scatfered along the mountain and hidden in the natural landscape,fully demonstrating thebeauty in the cultural heritage of ancient trade paths in east Zhejiang.
In 2022, Shanyuan, together with the Chinese Couplet Association and Dequan Academy ofChinese Studies,solicited contributions fromfamous coupletists at home and abroad.More than180 couplets were submitted by more than 60 coupletists fromalloverChina.Intheend,24coupletswithhorizontalinscriptionsbyfamous domestic coupletists were chosen for the public pavilions in Phase One.In November,with the strong supportof NingboFederation of Literary andArtCircles and Ningbo Art Development Fund, Shanyuan invited more than 20 Ningbo calligraphers such as Chen Qiyuan,He Shengsi and Song Hanguang,oinscribe the24coupletswithhorizontalinscriptions,andthenamesof thefourpavilionswo bridges and one archway.

《大善文明·寧波慈善故事》作者分享會(huì)
2022年底，在寧波市委宣傳部、文明辦、市民政局、市文聯(lián)、市地方志辦公室、市慈善總會(huì)、市老年大學(xué)、寧波出版社、寧波幫博物館等單位和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持下，《大善文明—寧波慈善故事》出版?！洞笊莆拿鳌獙幉ù壬乒适隆讽?xiàng)目于2021年初在善園公益基金會(huì)立項(xiàng)啟動(dòng)，經(jīng)過善園志愿者原寧波市總工會(huì)吳秀華副主席，《大善文明—寧波慈善故事》主編周靜書先生近兩年的辛勤工作，從數(shù)百篇征文中精選136篇文章，最終凝練成106篇精品慈善故事，真實(shí)生動(dòng)地講述了106位古往今來的寧波慈善人物的善行義舉。全書共分為“至善義舉、善源流長、善風(fēng)常盛、傾城之愛”四個(gè)部分，從善人、善行、善事視角，全方位、立體式地呈現(xiàn)了寧波城市的義善風(fēng)尚?！洞笊莆拿鳌獙幉ù壬乒适隆帆@評(píng)寧波市文聯(lián)和鄞州區(qū)委宣傳部、區(qū)文聯(lián)2022年文藝創(chuàng)作重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和文藝精品創(chuàng)作項(xiàng)目。

為進(jìn)一步倡導(dǎo)和傳播“寧波幫”慈善文化傳統(tǒng)，2022年善園與浙江省雕塑學(xué)會(huì)合作，誠邀浙江省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)副主席、浙江省雕塑學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)長龍翔教授領(lǐng)銜，以“寧波幫”知名慈善人物、中國近代著名社會(huì)活動(dòng)家、慈善家、中國紅十字會(huì)的締造者沈敦和為原型，創(chuàng)作了三尊沈敦和半身銅像。善園將三尊雕塑分別捐給蘇州大學(xué)紅十字國際學(xué)院、寧波市紅十字會(huì)、寧波市鄞州區(qū)紅十字會(huì)，以弘揚(yáng)紅十字主題慈善文化，讓更多人了解寧波義鄉(xiāng)文化。
全國人大常委會(huì)副委員長、中國紅十字會(huì)會(huì)長、紅十字國際學(xué)院名譽(yù)院長陳竺拜謁中國紅十字運(yùn)動(dòng)先驅(qū)沈敦和先生雕像，一起參與拜謁的還有中國紅十字會(huì)原副會(huì)長、紅十字國際學(xué)院院長王汝鵬，蘇州大學(xué)校長張曉宏，蘇州大學(xué)副校長、紅十字國際學(xué)院執(zhí)行院長沈明榮等。

2014年，中國漢字棋面世于歷史文化名城寧波，“漢字棋”經(jīng)漢字連綴成詞的學(xué)理與智力運(yùn)動(dòng)的弈理融為一體，以提高少年兒童漢語應(yīng)用能力為宗旨，被多位專家學(xué)者譽(yù)為漢語寓教于樂的重大創(chuàng)新，為智力運(yùn)動(dòng)賦予了一種新的價(jià)值和意義。

2016年，“通商公益慈善基金”由寧波通商銀行設(shè)立，用于開展社會(huì)公益和幫困救助活動(dòng)，積極踐行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任，通過公益活動(dòng)回饋社會(huì)。通商基金旨在弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義精神文明，踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，開展包括助醫(yī)、扶貧幫困、慈善救助、環(huán)境保護(hù)、志愿服務(wù)等社會(huì)公益慈善活動(dòng)，2022年度，通商公益慈善基金共收入善款3778544元，累計(jì)支出善款2566787.55元，其中幫助和龍鞏固三年脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)，繼續(xù)支持“共享稻田”項(xiàng)目48000元，為慈溪市“一元一公里”愛心公益跑活動(dòng)捐贈(zèng)活動(dòng)資金2萬元，支持愛心團(tuán)隊(duì)幫扶部分農(nóng)村散居孤兒、事實(shí)無人撫養(yǎng)、低收入家庭兒童；通過“通商微心愿、溫暖來敲門”項(xiàng)目，為云和縣安溪小學(xué)、松陽二中的困境同學(xué)送上了新年祝福；同時(shí)攜手香港愛國同胞嚴(yán)信才先生為造福桑梓、資助家鄉(xiāng)教育事業(yè)，為“北侖區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)嚴(yán)信才獎(jiǎng)育獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”，支持寧波星寶自閉癥家庭支援中心(以下簡稱“中心")邀請海內(nèi)外知名康復(fù)專家為39戶受助家庭開設(shè)公益課程，支付項(xiàng)目資金193003.28元，印制《孤獨(dú)癥兒童生活自理能力培養(yǎng)》指導(dǎo)手冊，支付印制成本150000元。11月初，通商銀行公益慈善基金捐贈(zèng)100000元用于支持甘肅省和政縣美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)項(xiàng)目幫扶工作，助力鞏固拓展扶貧成果,推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕。

企業(yè)員工參與公益慈善，已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任的新潮流。幫助困境群體實(shí)現(xiàn)微心愿是善園長期開展的動(dòng)員企業(yè)共同關(guān)愛弱勢群體的公益項(xiàng)目。2022年度，善園共計(jì)開展微心愿幫扶活動(dòng)5次，完成公眾籌款187014.71元，獲得專項(xiàng)基金支持486369.32元，完成受益群體微心愿3799個(gè)，覆蓋受益人群4084人。余姚農(nóng)商行、鎮(zhèn)海農(nóng)商行、通商銀行等多家金融機(jī)構(gòu)為項(xiàng)目的開展提供了捐贈(zèng)資金和志愿者服務(wù)。
